We’ll start off with a guided tasting of Alpine cheeses led by Jessica Galen of Bloomy Cheese & Provisions before getting down to business: a Raclette party featuring loads of melted cheese, delicious veggies and meats, crisp paired wines and non-alc drinks, and rich chocolate (of course), all prepared by Kate Sonders Solomon.
